Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Sr. Director of Dining Services to lead a large dining operation. You will manage a team, oversee client relationships, profitability, and talent development across the account.

You will drive quality food offerings, safety programs, and cross-department collaboration while delivering value and growth opportunities for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum five years of proven leadership expertise.
• Two to four years of direct foodservice operations management experience.
• Strong knowledge of food trends, quality, sanitation, and cost controls.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed services is desirable.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operates the department within the approved budget to maximize client value.
• Ensures the food offered is of superior quality.
• Directs safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
• Maintains excellent client relationships and inter-department collaboration.
• Promotes growth and development of the team.
• Integrates dining service with facility operations plan.
