Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Sr. Director of Dining Services to oversee day-to-day foodservice operations. You will manage and lead a team of employees, and also be responsible for managing client relationships, profitability of the account, and talent development.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong P&L awareness, and a track record in healthcare foodservice. Travel to facilities is expected as part of business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum five years of leadership expertise in foodservice.
• Two to four years of direct foodservice operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of food trends, quality, sanitation, and cost controls.
• P&L accountability knowledge; contract-managed service experience desirable.
• ServSafe certified is a plus; must be forward thinking and proactive.
