Job summary

EY-Parthenon seeks an executive product leader to shape and scale neuro-symbolic AI platforms at scale. You will drive strategy, governance, and rapid delivery with engineering, data science and industry specialists.

You will own the lifecycle from vision to deployment, define success metrics, and champion Responsible AI while partnering with senior executives on investment cases. This is a hybrid role with a strong client impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience; or a graduate degree with ~7+ years.
• 12+ years in product leadership, solution delivery, or platform build roles.
• Proven experience building and launching enterprise-grade products.
• Travel willingness and ability to work longer hours when needed.
• Residency or commutable distance to the office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of AI product development from problem framing to scaling.
• Translate business challenges into knowledge-driven AI product requirements.
• Ensure products meet explainability, auditability, and regulatory standards.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, adoption metrics, and commercial outcomes.
• Architect platform components and ensure scalability across use cases.
• Direct cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data science, and industry experts.
