EY-Parthenon is hiring a senior leader to build and scale neuro-symbolic AI products across enterprise platforms. You will drive problem framing, architecture, deployment, and governance while aligning with business value and regulatory requirements.

The role demands deep knowledge of AI, data governance, and executive stakeholder management. You will partner with senior executives to define product strategy, pricing, and commercialization pathways, while guiding cross-functional teams through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8 years of experience, or a graduate degree with ~7 years of experience.
• 12+ years in product leadership, solution delivery, enterprise technology, or platform build roles.
• Proven experience building and launching enterprise-grade products.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of neuro-symbolic AI product development.
• Translate business challenges into knowledge-driven AI requirements.
• Ensure products meet explainability, auditability, trust, and compliance.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Architect enterprise-ready platforms using neuro-symbolic AI.
• Direct cross-functional product and technical teams.
• Partner with executives on AI strategy and deployment models.
• Ensure Responsible AI and regulatory compliance.
