Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a senior product leader to drive neuro-symbolic AI platforms across enterprise-scale use cases. You will guide cross-functional teams in product management, engineering, and data science to deliver scalable AI solutions that meet governance and regulatory requirements.

Lead strategy, roadmaps, and commercial outcomes while partnering with executive stakeholders to align architecture, security, and data governance with client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8 years of work experience, or a graduate degree with ~7 years of experience.
• 12+ years in product leadership, solution delivery, or platform build roles.
• Proven experience building and launching enterprise-grade products.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours.
• Must reside or be commutable to the office location.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build and scaling of neuro-symbolic AI products across the lifecycle.
• Define product strategy, roadmaps, and commercial outcomes with measurable value.
• Architect enterprise-ready platforms with ontologies, data layers, and ML integration.
• Direct cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and data science.
• Partner with senior executives on AI strategy, architecture, and deployment models.
• Ensure Responsible AI principles and regulatory compliance in products.
