Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a senior product leader to build and scale neuro-symbolic AI platforms across enterprise contexts. You will drive strategy, architecture, and cross-functional execution with engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver measurable value.

You'll lead the lifecycle from problem framing to deployment, shaping pricing and go-to-market plans while ensuring Responsible AI and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• To qualify, you must have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field and 8 years of experience; or a graduate degree with ~7 years of related work experience.
• 12+ years in product leadership, solution delivery, enterprise tech, or platform build roles.
• Proven experience building and launching enterprise-grade products.
• Willingness to travel and work longer hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of AI product development from problem framing to deployment and scale.
• Define adoption, usage, and cost/value metrics to demonstrate measurable outcomes.
• Architect enterprise-grade platforms with ontologies, data layers, and ML integration.
• Direct cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, data science, and industry experts.
• Partner with senior executives and enterprise stakeholders on AI strategy and deployment models.
• Ensure Responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance across products.
