Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a senior product leader to drive neuro-symbolic AI products within EY Growth Platform. You will shape strategy, oversee architecture, and partner with executives to deliver enterprise AI solutions.

This role requires 12+ years of product leadership, a strong background in knowledge graphs and symbolic reasoning, and willingness to travel. We offer a hybrid work model, comprehensive rewards, and opportunities to impact large-scale customers.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8 years of work experience, or a graduate degree with ~7 years.
• 12+ years in product leadership, solution delivery, enterprise technology, or platform build roles.
• Proven experience building and launching enterprise-grade products.
• Ability and willingness to travel and work longer hours when needed.
• You must reside in or be within commutable distance to the office location.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build and scaling of neuro-symbolic AI products across the lifecycle.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes.
• Architect enterprise-ready platforms with ontologies, inference engines, and ML integration.
• Direct cross-functional product and technical teams across disciplines.
• Partner with senior executives and enterprise stakeholders.
• Ensure Responsible AI and regulatory compliance in all deliveries.
