Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a senior product leader to drive neuro-symbolic AI platforms across enterprise-scale use cases. You will shape product strategy, collaborate with engineering, data science, and industry experts, and ensure scalable, trusted AI deployments.

You will guide architecture choices, governance, and monetization strategies while leading diverse teams toward measurable business outcomes. This role offers a hybrid work model and significant strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field; 8+ years of related work experience.
• 12+ years in product leadership, solution delivery, enterprise technology, or platform build roles.
• Proven experience building and launching enterprise-grade products.
• Ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
• You must reside in or be commutable to a US office location.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of neuro-symbolic AI product development from problem framing to scale.
• Translate business challenges into knowledge-driven AI product requirements, including reasoning engines & knowledge graphs.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes for AI platforms.
• Architect enterprise-ready platforms with ontologies, semantic data layers, and APIs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, knowledge engineering, data science, and design.
• Partner with senior executives on AI strategy, deployment models, and business cases.
