Job summary

EY-Parthenon seeks a senior product leader to drive the development and scaling of neuro-symbolic AI products for enterprise clients. You will own end-to-end product lifecycle, shaping knowledge-driven AI capabilities, from problem framing to deployment and scale.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and industry specialists to define strategy, metrics, and commercialization while ensuring explainability, governance, and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business/technical field and 5+ years of related work experience.
• 7+ years in product leadership, solution delivery, enterprise technology, or platform build roles.
• Experience building and launching enterprise-grade products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of AI product development: problem framing, requirements, architecture, build, deployment, and scale.
• Translate complex business challenges into knowledge-driven AI product requirements, including reasoning engines, knowledge graphs, rules, and ML components.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes; shape pricing, packaging, and commercialization pathways.
