Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a senior leader to drive neuro-symbolic AI product strategy and delivery across large enterprises. You will shape roadmaps, align with customer needs, and oversee architecture, data governance, and responsible AI practices.

In this role, you’ll guide multi-disciplinary teams—product, engineering, data science, and domain experts—while partnering with executives on investment decisions and scalable platform growth. A hybrid work model and global client exposure await.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years in related field required; graduate degree with 7+ years acceptable.
• 12+ years in product leadership, solution delivery, enterprise technology, or platform build roles.
• Proven experience building and launching enterprise-grade products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build and scaling of neuro-symbolic AI products across the lifecycle.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes for AI platforms.
• Architect enterprise-ready platforms with ontologies, semantic layers, and inference engines.
• Direct cross-functional product and technical teams to ensure predictable execution.
• Partner with senior executives on AI strategy, deployment models, and business impact.
• Ensure Responsible AI and regulatory compliance across platforms.
