EY-Parthenon within EY is seeking a senior leader to drive neuro-symbolic AI product development. You will guide cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data science, and industry experts to design scalable AI platforms with knowledge graphs, ontologies, and rules-based reasoning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of related work experience or a graduate degree with 7+ years.
• 12+ years in product leadership, solution delivery, or platform build roles.
• Experience building and launching enterprise-grade products.

Responsabilités

• Lead the build and scaling of neuro-symbolic AI products across the lifecycle.
• Translate business challenges into knowledge-driven AI product requirements.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes.
• Architect enterprise-ready platforms with ontologies and ML integration.
• Direct cross-functional product and technical teams across disciplines.
