EY-Parthenon within EY is seeking a senior leader to drive neuro-symbolic AI product development. You will guide cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data science, and industry experts to design scalable AI platforms with knowledge graphs, ontologies, and rules-based reasoning.
The role requires leading strategic roadmaps, defining success metrics, and partnering with executives on deployment models while ensuring governance, risk, and compliance considerations are embedded in
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of related work experience or a graduate degree with 7+ years.
- 12+ years in product leadership, solution delivery, or platform build roles.
- Experience building and launching enterprise-grade products.

- Lead the build and scaling of neuro-symbolic AI products across the lifecycle.
- Translate business challenges into knowledge-driven AI product requirements.
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes.
