Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a senior product leader to build and scale neuro-symbolic AI platforms. You will drive end-to-end AI product development, align strategy with executive stakeholders, and oversee cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, and data science.

You will define roadmaps, pricing models, and success metrics, while ensuring Responsible AI, governance, and regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle. Hybrid work model offered across US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience, or graduate degree with ~7+ years of experience.
• 12+ years in product leadership, solution delivery, enterprise technology, or platform build roles.
• Proven experience building and launching enterprise-grade products.
• Ability and willingness to travel and work longer hours when needed.
• Must reside in or commute to the office location.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of AI product development from problem framing to deployment and scaling.
• Translate business challenges into knowledge-driven AI product requirements (reasoning engines, knowledge graphs, rules).
• Ensure products adhere to enterprise explainability, auditability, trust, and compliance standards.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and adoption, usage, and cost/value metrics.
