EY-Parthenon is seeking a leader to build and scale neuro-symbolic AI products within EY’s Growth Platform. You will drive AI product lifecycle, translate complex business challenges into AI requirements, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade platforms with trusted governance.

The role emphasizes strategic roadmaps, commercial outcomes, and collaboration with executives to deploy AI responsibly across regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in a related field with several years of experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional AI and product teams.
• Proven ability to define strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of neuro-symbolic AI product development from ideation to scale.
• Translate business challenges into knowledge-driven AI product requirements.
• Ensure explainability, auditability, trust, and regulatory compliance.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and commercial outcomes.
• Architect enterprise-ready platforms with scalable AI components.
• Direct cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data science, and industry experts.
• Partner with senior executives on AI strategy and deployment models.
• Embed Responsible AI principles and collaborate with risk and legal teams.
