Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a Business Development Director, Integrated Solutions to drive enterprise-level solution sales across the Americas. You will lead regional go-to-market and partnership strategies, build senior customer relationships, and expand adoption of integrated bioprocessing workflow solutions.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Proposal Management, Project Management, Service, and Field Applications teams to deliver differentiated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences or related field.
• 10+ years of biopharma or life sciences business development.
• Proven enterprise-level solution sales from opportunity to contract.
• Deep bioprocessing operations and GMP knowledge.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and relationships.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen: forecasting, deal strategy, planning.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear business value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional go-to-market plans for Integrated Solutions.
• Build regional partnership strategies with customers, integrators, and other collaborators.
• Identify and close complex, multi-product opportunities for recurring revenue.
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and technical leaders.
• Position integrated bioprocessing solutions addressing workflow, productivity, and lifecycle needs.
• Lead engagement and coordinate with Proposals to develop compelling technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate handoff to Project Management, Service, and Field Applications after deal closure.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams for market trends and requirements.
• Apply bioprocessing expertise to design end-to-end solutions for customers.
• Maintain accurate opportunity and forecast data in SFDC; report status to leadership.
• Meet or exceed annual sales targets through disciplined execution.
