Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a strategic Head of Information Security to lead enterprise-wide security programs, governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. This senior role partners with IT, Legal, Compliance, and executive leadership to mature cybersecurity and ensure HIPAA/SOX compliance.

The incumbent will drive security operations, policy, AI governance, third-party risk, and incident response, while building a high-performing team and aligning security with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 12+ years in information security with leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with security operations and incident response.
• Experience remediating SOX/ITGC and managing vendors/third parties.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise information security program, governance, and risk management.
• Oversee security operations, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Develop and maintain security policies, AI governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with IT, Legal, Compliance, Finance and leadership to improve security posture.
• Manage third-party security risk and M&A security integration.
