Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a Head of Information Security to lead the enterprise-wide security program, overseeing operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance. This role partners with IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and leadership to strengthen controls and drive a resilient cybersecurity culture.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership with deep technical expertise, proven ability to guide executive stakeholders, and a track record of aligning security with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
• 12+ years of information security experience with 3+ years leading teams.
• Hands-on experience in security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and MSSP/vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise security program and roadmap, translating strategy into operating plans.
• Oversee security operations, governance, risk management, and program metrics.
• Manage third-party security risk, vendor relationships, and AI governance initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, SOX, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, CIS Controls.
