Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a Head of Information Security to lead our enterprise security program. You will guide security strategy, operations, and risk management across the organization, partnering with IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and executive leadership to strengthen controls and resilience.

The role emphasizes aligning security with business goals, overseeing governance, incident response, and supplier risk, and maturing our AI governance and data protection practices.

Qualifications

• Experience framing information security as a business issue with measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead security programs across governance, risk, and operations.
• Clear communication of cyber risk to executives and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of the enterprise security strategy and roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Lead day-to-day security operations, governance, risk management and metrics.
• Oversee identity, cloud, application security, and data protection programs.
• Drive security against regulatory requirements like HIPAA, SOX, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2.
• Develop security talent, manage MSSPs and vendor partners, and ensure performance.
