Help at Home is seeking a lead Information Security executive to drive the enterprise security program, partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and Compliance, and align security initiatives with business goals. This role requires strategic thinking, hands‑on leadership, and strong collaboration across functions to protect data and operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in information security, including 3+ years leading security teams, programs, or cross‑functional security initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience running security operations, including incident response and vulnerability management, and managing MSSP or vendor partners.
• Experience remediating SOX / ITGC control deficiencies or material weaknesses.
• Experience developing and running BCP/DR programs with non‑technical business stakeholders.
• Experience maintaining and updating security policy, including emerging areas such as AI usage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise security strategy and translate direction into operating plans and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee day‑to‑day security operations, governance, risk management, and program metrics.
• Monitor threats and regulatory developments; drive timely risk mitigation.
