Help at Home seeks a Head of Information Security to lead the company’s enterprise security program, partner with IT, Legal, Compliance, and Finance, and drive risk management across the business. You will shape strategy, manage defense in depth, and ensure governance for AI and data protection.

You will direct security operations, develop metrics, and mentor a team while collaborating with executive leadership and the Board. A strong background in HIPAA, SOX, and cloud security is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field; 12+ years in information security.
• 12+ years of experience in information security, with 3+ years leading teams.
• Experience aligning security with regulations (HIPAA, SOX) and frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).

Mansioni

• Lead enterprise security program and strategy execution.
• Oversee security operations, risk management, and incident response.
• Develop security metrics, KPIs, and reporting for leadership and Board.
• Manage MSSPs, vendors, and third‑party security providers.
• Ensure security controls across IAM, cloud security, and product security.
• Own regulatory alignment and SOX, HIPAA, and AI governance.
