Job summary

Help at Home, LLC is seeking a strategic Head of Information Security to lead the enterprise security program across the organization. You will guide governance, risk management, security operations, and incident response while partnering with IT, Legal, Compliance, and executive leadership.

You will develop security policies, manage third-party risk, oversee CSF frameworks such as NIST/ISO, and advance a culture of security awareness across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in information security, including 3+ years leading security teams or programs.
• Hands-on experience running security operations, including incident response and vulnerability management.
• Experience remediating SOX/ITGC control deficiencies or material weaknesses.
• Experience developing and running BCP/DR programs with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience maintaining and updating security policy, including AI usage.
• Working knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, CIS Controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise security strategy, governance, risk, security operations, and program metrics.
• Oversee security operations, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Hire and develop the security team and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure AI governance, policy updates, and risk management across the organization.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, Internal Audit, and regulatory bodies for audits and compliance.
