Job summary

Help at Home seeks a Head of Information Security to lead the company’s security program across governance, operations, and regulatory compliance. You will partner with IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Procurement, Internal Audit, and executives to mature controls and resilience, shaping policy and AI governance for enterprise-wide risk management.

With a strong background in SOX, HIPAA, NIST, and ISO standards, you’ll drive strategic initiatives, manage a security team, and communicate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 12+ years of information security work experience, including 3+ years leading security teams or programs.
• Hands-on security operations experience: incident response and vulnerability management.
