Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a Head of Information Security to lead the company’s enterprise security program. You will drive strategy, governance, and risk management while guiding security operations and incident response across the organization.

You will partner with IT, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and executives to strengthen controls, advance AI governance, and ensure regulatory compliance. This leadership role demands hands-on expertise and strong communication with C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in information security with leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance enterprise security strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee security operations, governance, risk management, and incident response.
• Manage MSSPs, tooling partners, and vendor security relationships.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including HIPAA, SOX, and NIST/ISO frameworks.
• Lead business continuity planning and incident response readiness.
