Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a Head of Information Security to lead the enterprise security program, aligning governance, risk management, and security operations with business objectives. You will guide incident response, vendor risk, and AI governance while partnering with Legal, Compliance, IT, and executive leadership.

The role requires 12+ years in information security with hands-on leadership, experience in SOX/HIPAA/regulatory frameworks, and a focus on resilience and secure product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience required.
• 12+ years of information security experience, including 3+ years leading security teams or programs.
• Hands-on experience running security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise security program, including governance, risk management, security operations, and program metrics.
• Lead day-to-day security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Manage relationships with MSSPs and vendors to ensure security controls and delivery.
• Oversee identity and access management, cloud security, application security, and data protection programs.
• Ensure security policies, AI governance, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, CIS Controls).
