Job summary

Help at Home seeks a Head of Information Security to lead our enterprise-wide security program in a fast‑growing environment. You will shape strategy, governance, and risk posture while partnering with IT, Finance, Legal, and executives.

You will oversee security operations, vendor relationships, and compliance with HIPAA, SOX, and industry standards, driving resilience and security awareness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 12+ years of information security experience.
• Hands-on leadership with security operations, risk management, and compliance.
• Experience with AI governance and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise security strategy and roadmap; translate strategy into operating plans and metrics.
• Oversee security operations, risk management, and incident response.
• Manage relationships with MSSPs and vendors; ensure compliance and control effectiveness.
• Drive SOX, HIPAA, and ITGC control improvements and third‑party risk assessments.
• Lead BCP/DR planning and tabletop exercises; communicate risk to executives.
