Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a seasoned Head of Information Security to lead our enterprise security program. You will oversee governance, risk, security operations, and program metrics while partnering with IT, Legal, Compliance, and executives to strengthen controls and respond to threats.

This role focuses on SOX/HIPAA compliance, AI governance, and vendor risk management. You will drive security strategy, mentor the security team, and ensure secure product lifecycles and incident response

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required.
Hands-on leadership with security operations and incident response experience.
Ability to translate cyber risk into business decisions and communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise security strategy, governance, risk management, and security operations.
Oversee identity and access management, cloud/security engineering, and data protection programs.
Manage MSSP and vendor relationships, and align security controls with regulatory requirements (HIPAA, SOX).
Develop and exercise business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
