Job summary
Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr. Manager, Industry Relations to lead the Trade Relations team and develop engagement strategies with pharmaceutical manufacturers. You will oversee contract negotiations for distribution, pricing, and access to specialty drugs, including limited distribution medications.
You will interface with senior stakeholders and ensure compliance, reporting, and alignment with payers and patients. This role is based in Illinois.
Qualifications
- Pharmacy degree and unrestricted pharmacist license in residence state.
- 7+ years in specialty pharmacy or pharma industry.
- 5+ years of contract negotiation and 3+ years of people leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the trade relations team, set priorities and execute strategies.
- Negotiate distribution and procurement agreements; ensure compliance and fees.
- Develop strategies for clinical disease states and formulary alignment.
- Oversee clinical drug pipeline; identify opportunities in RFPs/RFIs.
- Secure access to limited distribution medications and manage contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and manage supplier agreements with policy review.
- Maintain relationships with manufacturers and expand programs.
- Provide periodic reporting on activities, opportunities, and trends.
