Job summary

mea is seeking a dynamic US VP Client Delivery to lead and oversee the delivery of insurance product implementations across the United States. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, sustain client relationships, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while exceeding client expectations.

Deep P&C underwriting or claims knowledge and a proven track record delivering large-scale programs are essential. This role is remote within US time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in client delivery or program management, with leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end P&C insurance underwriting and claims operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all US client projects.
• Directly managing client implementations and acting as escalation point.
• Collaborate with internal teams to allocate resources, manage risks, and mitigate issues.
• Ensure projects are on-time, on-budget, on-scope and meet client expectations.
• Build, lead and mentor a team of delivery managers and other delivery professionals.
• Provide regular status reports to Mea leadership and clients.
