Amwins is seeking a Director of Claims for its Self-Funded unit. The role reports to the Vice President of Claims and provides strategic and operational leadership to the Claims Department, driving service excellence, staff development, and continuous improvement.

This in-office role includes a hybrid work option after training, with responsibilities spanning client engagement, performance management, SME guidance, quality and compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize claims.
