Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Sr. Director, Strategy & Execution to own go-to-market strategy and execution governance for a global assessment and workforce solutions business. The role leads channel, alliances, and partner marketing, building cadence, roadmaps, and a scalable Strategy Enablement capability.

Travel may be required; remote work is supported. The Senior Director will partner with corporate insights, product, and marketing to size opportunities, test demand, and drive growth bets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or strategy; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market strategy across all motions and routes to market, translating objectives into roadmaps.
• Lead long-range planning including growth bets and investment cases across the portfolio.
• Design and run operating cadence, governance, and reporting for strategy delivery.
• Lead channel, Alliances, and Partner Marketing with enablement across international markets.
• Develop Strategy Enablement/PMO capabilities to scale execution across the organization.
