PSI Services is seeking a Senior Director, Strategy & Execution to own go-to-market strategy and governance across direct, channel, and partner motions. The role leads the channel, alliances, and partner marketing team, driving execution through a formal cadence and roadmap, partnering with multiple business units worldwide.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in strategy, go-to-market or commercial roles, with senior leadership.
• Proven ability to lead planning cycles, governance, and cross-functional programs.
• Experience sizing markets, business cases, and growth bets.
• Strong channel/alliances marketing and partner enablement experience.
• Excellent executive communication and global leadership across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise GTM strategy across all motions and routes to market.
• Lead long-range planning and growth bets portfolio.
• Design running cadence, governance, and performance reporting.
• Lead channel, alliances, and partner marketing initiatives.
• Develop Strategy Enablement/PMO capabilities to scale execution.
• Collaborate with corporate insights to inform direction.
