Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Senior Director, Strategy & Execution, remote for the US market. The role owns GTM strategy and governance, translating corporate objectives into clear roadmaps and operating cadences.

You will lead the channel, alliances, and partner marketing functions, working with enterprise partners to size opportunities and define routes to market. The position sits on the leadership team of commercial operations, strategy, and marketing, partnering across demand generation,

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in strategy/go-to-market roles
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and teams
• Experience in channel, alliances, or partner marketing
• Excellent executive communication and influencing skills
• Experience in SaaS or education/assessment industries preferred

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market strategy across all motions and routes to market
• Lead strategic planning for the commercial organization
• Provide strategic counsel to senior commercial leadership
• Own the long-range plan and growth bets
• Develop new market opportunities and route-to-market
• Track performance and adjust growth bets as needed
• Design and run operating cadence and governance across initiatives
• Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end
• Develop Strategy Enablement/PMO capabilities
• Lead channel and partner marketing strategy and enablement
• Partner with corporate insights to inform direction
