Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience across strategy, go-to-market, or commercial roles.
• Experience designing and running strategic planning cycles, operating cadences, and execution governance.
• Experience in channel, alliances, or partner marketing, with co-marketing and enablement programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market strategy across all motions and routes to market, translating objectives into roadmaps.
• Lead the strategic planning cycle for the commercial organization, aligning priorities with growth and revenue targets.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior commercial leadership and business unit GMs, surfacing trade-offs and ensuring coherence.
• Own the long-range plan (LRP), growth bets, and market opportunities with market sizing and testing.
• Establish execution governance with KPIs, milestones, and stage gates across initiatives.
