Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Senior Director, Strategy & Execution to own go-to-market strategy and governance for a global workforce assessment leader. The role leads channel, alliances, and partner marketing, and partners with product and commercial teams to identify growth opportunities.

The position is full-time and remote in the US, with occasional travel. The leader will drive strategy enablement, operating cadences, and performance reporting across geographies and business units.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and running strategic planning cycles, operating cadences, and governance in complex organizations.
• Proven ability to size opportunities, test markets, and size investment cases for growth bets.
• Strong background in channel, alliances, or partner marketing and enablement programs.
• Experience partnering with product and commercial leadership to create new market opportunities.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and influence with C-suite level stakeholders.
• Experience leading and developing teams across geographies and functions.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise GTM strategy and annual roadmaps across direct, channel, and partner motions.
• Lead long-range planning, growth bets, and investment cases with market sizing and route-to-market decisions.
• Design operating cadence, governance, KPIs, and milestones to drive accountability and pace.
