The role oversees GTM across direct, channel, and partner motions, while leading a cross-functional, high-impact team and driving long-range growth bets. You will shape operating cadences, roadmaps, and strategic initiatives, partnering with product, sales, and marketing to ensure disciplined execution and alignment with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in strategy, GTM, or commercial leadership roles.
• Proven ability to design and run strategic planning cycles and governance.
• Excellent executive communication and influencing skills across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise GTM strategy and planning across motions and routes to market.
• Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end and manage strategy enablement initiatives.
• Partner with product and business leadership to identify market opportunities and growth bets.
• Build and govern operating cadences, KPIs, milestones, and stage gates.
