Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or strategy.
• 12+ years of progressive experience across strategy, go-to-market, or commercial roles, including senior leadership experience.
• Proven track record designing and running strategic planning cycles, operating cadences, and execution governance.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM strategy across direct, channel, and partner motions with annual and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead the strategic planning cycle for the commercial organization, aligning investments and headcount to growth targets.
• Design and run the operating cadence and governance for strategy delivery; report progress to executives.
• Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end and scale execution support across the organization.
