Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Sr. Director of Strategy & Execution to own GTM strategy and governance for a global assessment and workforce solutions provider. The role leads channel, alliances and partner marketing, driving strategic roadmaps, cadence and governance across regions.

You will partner with product, marketing and commercial ops, shaping growth bets, opportunity sizing, and market testing while aligning leadership on priorities and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or strategy; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in strategy, go-to-market, or commercial roles, with senior leadership experience.
• Proven track record designing strategic planning cycles and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market strategy across all motions and routes to market.
• Lead strategic planning cycle for the commercial organization and investments.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior commercial leadership and GMs.
• Own long-range plan and growth bets, sizing opportunities and markets.
• Design and run operating cadence with planning rhythms and reviews.
• Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end and scale execution support.
• Develop and implement Strategy Enablement/PMO capabilities.
• Lead channel, alliances and partner marketing and enablement.
• Partner with corporate insights to inform direction and performance.
