Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Senior Director, Strategy & Execution to own GTM strategy and execution governance across a global assessment and workforce solutions portfolio. You will translate objectives into prioritized roadmaps and lead cross-functional programs across marketing, product, and revenue operations.

The role partners with enterprise Alliances to develop co-marketing and joint GTM strategies, while maturing cadence and governance to scale execution and growth bets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in strategy, GTM, or commercial roles with senior leadership.
• Proven ability to design planning cycles, governance, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market strategy across all motions and routes to market.
• Lead annual and multi-year strategic roadmaps for the commercial org.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders and business unit GMs.
