Job summary

PSI Services seeks a Senior Director, Strategy & Execution to own the go-to-market strategy and governance for a global assessment and workforce solutions business. You will translate corporate objectives into clear roadmaps across direct, channel, and partner motions, building cadence, roadmaps, and governance to drive accountable execution.

You’ll lead the channel, alliances, and partner marketing team, partnering with enterprise leadership to craft co-marketing and joint GTM strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or strategy.
• MBA or equivalent preferred for senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market strategy across all motions and routes to market.
• Lead planning cycles and align investments to growth targets.
• Develop and govern long-range plans and growth bets across markets.
• Design execution cadence with KPIs, milestones and governance.
• Lead channel/partner marketing and enablement with strategic partners.
• Coach and develop Strategy & Execution team across geographies.
