Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Senior Director of Go-to-Market Finance to lead financial strategy and business partnership across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This 100% remote role requires CST or EST hours at times, with a focus on forecasting, planning, and performance management.

The ideal candidate will balance hands-on analysis with executive-level influence, building KPI frameworks and driving strategic decisions to support continued growth.

Formación

• 12+ years of FP&A, finance, or strategic finance experience with revenue exposure.
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or go-to-market teams.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and strategic decisions.
• Strong forecasting, modeling, planning, and performance management.
• Experience leading teams and driving process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FP&A and planning for go-to-market functions.
• Partner with executives to evaluate growth opportunities and investments.
• Oversee revenue forecasting models and align with financial targets.
• Develop KPI frameworks and executive-level insights.
• Recommend pricing, market expansion, and long-range planning.
• Drive forecasting improvements, reporting processes, and data quality.
• Lead tech and automation for financial analysis.
• Recruit and mentor a high-performing finance team.
