Job summary

Customer.io is seeking a senior FP&A leader to own end-to-end GTM P&L across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, driving unit economics and ARR forecasting. You will partner with senior leaders to translate data into actionable insights that accelerate growth.

You will champion AI-enabled finance workflows, lead the GTM finance team, and help scale Customer.io's ARR from $100M+ toward the $1B+ milestone while fostering an AI-forward culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A or strategic finance at complex, scaled orgs.
• Deep GTM business-partnering with Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success.
• Proven leader with a track record of AI adoption in finance.
