Job summary

The Ladders is seeking a Senior Director of GTM Finance to partner with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, guiding planning, forecasting and resource allocation for a fast-growing SaaS business.

You will shape revenue growth, monitor ARR and bookings, lead sales compensation strategy and commissions forecasting, and provide clear operating metrics across a remote GTM organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in FP&A or strategic finance with leadership in high-growth SaaS.
• Deep understanding of SaaS and GTM economics, including ARR and bookings.
• Proven experience in GTM planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Strong collaboration with senior executives in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial partnership for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, providing insights on performance and growth opportunities
• Own GTM planning and forecasting across bookings and retention
• Identify risks and opportunities in GTM performance proactively
• Collaborate on capacity planning and resource allocation with Sales and GTM Operations
• Evaluate demand generation performance and investment efficiency with Marketing leadership
• Support Customer Success with retention and renewal economics
• Lead financial strategy for sales compensation plans and oversee commissions forecasting
