Job summary

G2 Crowd, Inc. is seeking a Director of Finance GTM to serve as the finance partner to the GTM organization, including leadership across Marketing and Sales. This role manages subscription revenue and ARR forecasting, sales capacity planning, and ROI analysis, collaborating with executives to drive growth.

The position is remote in the US, full-time, with an OTE of $180k–$210k and equity offered. Flexible work, parental leave, and unlimited PTO are included as benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A, revenue finance, strategic planning or related fields.
• Strong expertise in revenue modeling, ARR analysis, sales capacity planning, and unit economics.
• Track record partnering with GTM/Marketing/Revenue Operations in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Own Subscription Revenue & ARR Forecasting, including reporting and forecasting for Marketing & Data Solutions.
• Lead Sales Capacity Planning and Expense Forecasting; manage headcount, ramp, productivity, and quota integration with revenue.
• Partner with GTM leaders on proposals, investments, and ROI; coordinate with Deal Desk on deal economics.
• Support planning rhythms: annual/quarterly forecasts and MBR/Board reporting; drive automation and AI-first finance workflows.
