Job summary

Wrike is seeking a Director of Go-To-Market Operations to lead a global GTM team across Sales, CS, and Marketing. You will own revenue planning and operational architecture, including quota setting, territory design, and cross-functional alignment with executive leadership.

The role requires 8+ years in B2B SaaS GTM Ops, strong leadership across time zones, and deep SaaS economics knowledge. East Coast US alignment preferred for time zone coordination.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Business/Revenue/GTM Operations in B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading global operational teams (6+ reports) across time zones.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS unit economics, quota setting, territory planning.
• Proven track record partnering with Sales, Marketing, CS at executive level.
• Location preference: East Coast US alignment with global time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead global GTM Operations team and align cross-functional partners.
• Own annual planning, quota allocation, capacity modeling.
• Drive retention, bookings, and customer lifecycle optimization.
• Facilitate executive cadences with Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, Legal.
• Oversee governance with Legal, Finance, Deal Desk.
