Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in investment banking, investing, consulting, or finance at a high-growth tech company.
• Experience supporting revenue-driving or customer-facing teams (Sales, Marketing, RevOps, or CS) preferred.
• Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills.
• Clarity and polish in writing and presentations.
• Experience with planning cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Ability to work independently and drive outcomes.
• MBA is a plus; degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business Admin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting and reporting rhythms for GTM (bookings, ARR, pipeline, headcount).
• Own budget-vs-actuals updates for GTM functions and identify variances.
• Develop board-ready materials and financial narratives for executives and investors.
• Support top-down and bottom-up planning for 2026 and beyond (sales capacity, quotas, growth scenarios).
• Build models and templates to inform GTM investment decisions (hiring, target setting, marketing mix).
• Drive strategic projects including pricing, packaging, sales compensation economics, vendor optimization, ROI.
