Ladders is seeking a Director of GTM Strategy, Planning & Analytics to shape the company’s go-to-market planning, align growth objectives, and drive performance management across the organization. Qualifications

• 12+ years in GTM strategy, business operations, or analytics in B2B SaaS contexts.
• 5+ years in people leadership with managers and senior contributors.
• Expertise in GTM planning including forecasting, target setting, and performance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of GTM analytics, SaaS metrics, and customer lifecycle performance.
• Familiarity with data strategy, metric governance, and business requirement definitions for data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance the GTM planning system across business cycles and functions.
• Translate strategic growth objectives into clear GTM plans and execution strategies.
• Continuously refine GTM operating models and performance management processes.
• Establish frameworks for evaluating GTM investments and making strategic tradeoffs.
• Provide insights on business performance and guide leaders on informed decision-making.
• Govern GTM data strategy, ensuring consistency in metrics, definitions, and reporting standards.
