Job summary

Morning Consult is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to partner with the Go-to-Market organization on the accuracy, automation, and presentation of GTM dashboards and reporting. The role reports to the Senior Director, FP&A and will grow into managing offshore GTM analysts as the function expands.

Growth includes higher-level financial storytelling for Commercial leaders and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates will have three-statement financial modeling experience, GTM revenue metrics

Qualifications

• Experience building three-statement financial models.
• Familiarity with gross and net revenue retention metrics.
• Background in go-to-market-facing finance or startup environment valued.
• Ability to provide decision support to GTM leadership.
• Proficiency using AI tools in modeling and reporting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM-facing dashboards and reporting accuracy, automation and visuals.
• Provide direct decision support to GTM leadership with clear insights.
• Collaborate with Senior Director, FP&A to maintain financial models supporting GTM.
• Track and report gross and net revenue retention and GTM metrics.
• Use AI tools to accelerate dashboard cleanup and reporting automation.
• Serve as a primary contact for GTM stakeholders on financial questions.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Commercial teams to align metrics and reporting logic.
• Identify opportunities to improve speed and accuracy of reporting processes.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Company.
