Cytel is building an HR Business Partner function to support senior executives and their teams in a global context. This role will be a leadership-facing partner on the HR Leadership Team and BU leadership teams, shaping, implementing, and measuring HR solutions aligned to business growth.

You will lead cross-functional HR programs, coach executives, and drive change management for reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and new HR initiatives while ensuring compliance and data-driven decision

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years HR generalist or mix of generalist and specialist experience.
• Experience partnering with senior executive management across global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with one or more business units to align people strategy with business goals.
• Lead delivery of people programs with COE partners across HR functions.
• Coach senior leaders and influence across all levels of the organization.
