Job summary

Cytel is seeking a solution-oriented HR Business Partner to support senior executives across one or more business units in a global context. You will shape, implement and measure HR solutions aligned with growth and business strategy.

You’ll partner with COE teams, influence leadership decisions, and drive change management while leveraging HR analytics to improve outcomes and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; strong business and financial acumen.
• 10+ years as an HR generalist or related senior HR experience.
• Proven ability to partner with senior executives in global environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and Oracle HCM preferred.
• Experience in CRO/pharma or related industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate as HR Business Partner and leader to align people strategy with business goals.
• Lead delivery of people programs in partnership with COE and HR teams.
• Coach and partner with senior leadership; influence across levels.
• Coordinate matrix teams with center of excellence across HR and the org.
• Lead change management for global HR programs, reorganizations, and M&A.
• Use HR analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure impact.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
