Job summary

Cytel is seeking an HR Business Partner to join a newly forming team. You will partner with senior executives, lead people strategies for one or more business units, and collaborate with COE teams to drive growth and organizational effectiveness.

You will coach leadership, manage cross-functional HR activities, and guide change management during reorganizations, mergers, and global programs, while ensuring compliance and leveraging HR analytics for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10+ years of experience as an HR generalist or a mix of generalist/specialist.
• Experience partnering with senior executive management in global environments.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Industry experience in CRO/pharma or related fields preferred.
• Working knowledge of local employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR Partner and leadership team member for assigned business units.
• Lead implementation and delivery of people strategy with COE partners.
• Provide coaching and thought partnership across leadership levels.
• Coordinate matrix team with HR and finance, payroll, operations, legal, etc.
• Lead change management for global programs, reorganizations, M&A.
• Use HR analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure impact.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
