Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Draper, UT, is seeking a Director of Franchise Operations to lead strategic franchise initiatives across bottlers in the Central region. This is a senior leadership role focused on aligning ABP, forecasting, and performance across topline, share, and volume.

You will partner with bottlers and cross-functional teams to optimize execution, drive improvement, and cultivate durable relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in franchise operations or a similar leadership role within the CPG industry.
Proven track record of delivering strategic objectives related to topline, share, and volume.
Strong analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Act as primary point of contact and 'face of KO' to bottler head in the assigned geography.
Develop and implement strategic plans to deliver the annual business plan (ABP).
Forecast performance metrics and adjust plans to meet objectives.
Drive bottler strategies for topline, share, and volume; ensure cross-functional alignment.
Cultivate relationships with bottlers and partners to promote transparency and ethical leadership.
Lead continuous improvement and innovation in franchise leadership and operations.
